Dúisigh do dhúchas
Wild Irish is a cultural revival project centred on the Irish language.
Our mission is to preserve and restore our cultural traditions and our native Irish language in a living and contemporary setting.
We create experiences and events within which people encounter the Irish language in an experiential way.
We believe that the language and ancestral knowledge are inextricably linked, and the revival of one precipitates the expansion of the other.
Rooted in the reclamation of Irish identity through the safekeeping of Irish language, culture and ancient practical skills, we curate events, workshops and retreats to bring people in contact with their heritage.
